IKE Warranty Policy

Thank you for using IKE pabx.Please read the user instructions carefully before usage to avoid damaging the machine. If any question arises,please contact dealers or us,we will provide related maintenance service.

Warranty: one year (since the purchase date)

Warranty range: the manufacturer is responsible for repairing PABX if the damage wasn’t caused by the following factor: 1. The damage caused by improper use, and transportation. 2. The damage caused by lightning, water disasters, and fire. 3. The damage caused by abnormal power voltage. 

During the warranty period,within warranty range,we bear the maintenance cost,parts cost and delivery cost within China.
